T4 Student Visas

The Immigration Rules provide for both adult and child students to enter the UK. 

A student will need to have been accepted on a course of study by a recognised Institute before applying for a student visa.

-       Maintenance; 10 points   

The grant of leave is dependent upon the type and length of course;
