TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

 A Travel Document is available to a person who has been recognised as   

• A Refugee; or
• A Stateless Person;
• or has been granted Humanitarian Protection and is unable to obtain a passport from their national authority

   CERTIFICATE OF TRAVEL

A Certificate of Travel is available to people granted leave to remain in the UK for a non-protection reason, for example Indefinite Leave outside the Immigration Rules, and is unable to obtain a passport from their national authority.  

These documents are not recognised for the purpose of travel by a number of countries and as such, are of limited use
