Cases vary in length and are often determined by factors outside our control, for instance the length of time it takes for UKVI to make a decision on an application.
In terms of making an application, it is always important that you furnish us with the documents we require at the outset so we can make a timely application. We then aim to submit applications within 14 days but where there is an urgent deadline to meet, rest assured we will always work towards it to protect your interests.
In terms of a receiving a decision, we can submit a prompt application for you and we will do our level best to secure an early (positive!) decision but the time it takes UKVI or the Visa Application Centre to make a decision is beyond our control. As a general guide, decisions made within the UK can take approximately 6 months and those made outside the UK on average 3 months although current circumstances such as the coronavirus pandemic have severely affected these estimates.
Our fixed fees for business applications typically range from £400 to £2500 depending on the type of application or appeal. The fee includes our personal expert attention in preparing and submitting an application or appeal, progressing and advising on the outcome. Remember, we are here for you to look after and protect your interests!
