“My Fiancé and I reached out to Halliday Reeves worried and concerned about how we would fill out all the visa paperwork as we were on a time limit and couldn’t find solid information regarding exactly what we needed and couldn’t afford for a delay in the visa as the wedding date is rapidly approaching.
We received professional advice and support throughout the entire process. Sabiha was absolutely amazing! She guided us through everything and answered all of our questions and concerns.
Our visa also came within record time and we are now all set to marry on our given date. We are so grateful to Halliday Reeves and Sabiha for their services. We will certainly be returning to them for future visas for my fiancé. I would highly recommend their firm for anyone seeking support with immigration issues.”

Applying for a UK spouse, partner or family visa
If your spouse or partner is entitled to live in the UK permanently, you can apply to live with them if you are married, engaged or in a civil partnership. This also extends to unmarried partners who have lived together for at least two years.
If your spouse or partner lives in the UK under a visa, you may still be able to apply as their dependant.
We will go through the eligibility criteria with you to ensure that your application includes all of the necessary information and supporting documents, to include evidence of your spouse, partner or family member’s income in the UK, which must meet a specified threshold.
If you are seeking a visa because you are dependent on your family member who lives in the UK, we will make sure that you meet the Home Office requirements and that you demonstrate this within your application.
