2) Responding speed: Miss Louisa Pacitto is very helpful all the time with swift answers on my case with all different questions.

3) Professional Advices: Not only Miss Pacitto, but also other professional staff who I don’t know their names, all have provided me with professional answers of my questions, and can offer me different solution options for selecting. Actually this is very helpful and important because it can give me enough space to consider my current situation. The presentation letter to the Home Office on my case is very comprehensive, detailed and professional. I believe that I cannot provide such a statement only by myself, and this letter plays an important role to make my application stronger.
