UK Student Visa Extension
If you hold a UK student visa or a Tier 4 (General) student visa, you may want to extend this so that you can stay longer to complete your studies or start a new course.
If you are applying for a UK student visa extension, it is important to make sure that your application is right the first time. If there is an error in your application or you do not send the right documents in support, you are likely to be refused an extension. You will then need to try and re-apply or you may even have to appeal the decision.
At Halliday Reeves, we are immigration specialists. We routinely deal with student visa extensions and we can make sure that your application is as strong as possible.
It is usually necessary to include a substantial amount of paperwork with your application by way of evidence that you are eligible and meet all of the criteria. We can work with you to establish exactly what needs to be sent to give you the best chance of success.
We have a proven track record of securing extensions to UK student visas for our clients and we always work to send applications promptly so that you will receive the permission you need
