All of our work is carried out by SRA regulated Solicitors or Lawyers who are accredited advisors under the Law Society’s IAAS Scheme, and who are educated to degree level and are specialists in their field.
Our head office is in Middlesbrough, in an up and coming area close to the river Tees which has seen significant regeneration in recent years and, Wakefield, in the leafy suburbs close to the main conurbations of Yorkshire. Our clients are however from all corners of the UK & overseas!
Applications these days are light years away from when we started and are now based online which means communicating over the internet through technology is as good as being in the same room!
We use specialist law firm case management software, dedicated accounting software & our IT security is managed by a specialist IT company.
A note about our fees
No catches, no gimmicks, no hidden extras…our fees represent excellent value for money and are transparent, based on an hourly rate of £185 per hour. (£222 incl VAT if applicable)
All of our work is under a fixed fee.
Our fixed fees for personal applications typically range from £395 (£474 incl VAT if applicable) to £995 (£1194 incl VAT if applicable) depending on the type of service level you are requiring.
Our fixed fees for business applications typically range from £995 (£1194 incl VAT if applicable) to £5995 (£7194 incl VAT if applicable) depending on the type of application being made.
Additional Costs
VAT @20% is added to all the above charges where you are ordinarily resident in the UK.
Disbursements (ie amounts we pay to third parties eg a Home Office fee) are not included in these prices. Where a disbursement is due we will advise you of the cost of this before proceeding. There are no hidden extras!
In terms of interpreting costs, some of our staff are multi-lingual and where we need to use an external Interpreter this can be easily arranged in most languages.
