Supervising Immigration Solicitor / Caseworker – Full-Time or Part-Time

We’re looking for a confident and experienced Immigration Solicitor or Accredited Caseworker (IAAS Level 2 or above) to join us as a Supervisor on a full-time or part-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys both high-quality casework and supporting the development of others in a friendly and well-structured team environment.
Key Responsibilities
In addition to managing a caseload that includes:
- Preparing asylum claims and appeal cases
- Drafting representations and witness statements
- Supporting individuals through the full range of private immigration applications
- Helping businesses secure sponsor licences and navigate the Skilled Worker visa system
- Managing files independently
- Collaborating with our friendly and experienced team
You will also take on key supervisory duties, including:
- Supervising senior and junior advisors
- Supporting colleagues with legal and procedural queries
- Assisting in the day-to-day running of the office and managing systems and workflows
- Conducting file reviews and supporting performance monitoring
- Helping junior team members progress and grow
- Contributing to business development and the ongoing improvement of our systems and procedures

What We’re Looking For
- IAAS Level 2 (Senior Caseworker) with Supervisor status
- Experience in asylum and appeal case preparation
- Previous supervisory experience or the ability to confidently support others
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- A client-focused, collaborative, and proactive approach
