Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR)

Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR)If you entered the UK either on a 5-year route to settlement, 10-year route to settlement or if you have been residing legally in the UK for over 10 years, you may be eligible to apply for indefinite leave to remain (ILR).

There are various routes to obtain ILR and standard ILR forms such as SET(M) and SET(O).

The most common applications are based on you having status in the UK as a partner, family member, certain type of work, Ancestry or continuous and long term residence

As the name suggests, you would be entitled to remain in the UK indefinitely.

At Halliday Reeves Solicitors, we have over 20 years of experience making successful ILR applications.

You can now apply for your Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) by following our easy 5 step guide below

STEP 1

We will provide you with a free consultation to understand your situation and determine your suitability. If you meet the requirements, we can then proceed.

STEP 2

We will then provide you with a personalised documents checklist, which will then enable you to gather the required supporting documentation, for your application.

STEP 3

Once you have returned the supporting documentation, we will then review them and provide you with some feedback.

STEP 4

Whilst you are working on the feedback we have provided; we will complete a first draft of your ILR application and our representation letter.

STEP 5

As per our feedback, once you have provided any additional documentation, we will then send you the draft ILR application to review. Once you are happy, the ILR application can be submitted.

THEY ARE OUR FIVE STEPS TO SUCCESS!

At Halliday Reeves Solicitors, we offer:

It is therefore vital that you are prepared in the best way possible, to have the strongest chance of your ILR being approved!

Our personal immigration lawyers have decades of experience in dealing with Indefinite Leave to remain applications. We understand the Home Office process and can help you ensure that the complicated application is completed correctly and that all of the accompanying paperwork is included.

First Immigration lawyer to give a clear explanation and guide me

I have reached out to Halliday Reeves for a free consultation to get some help on my naturalisation process. They were extremely responsive and Ms. Sabiha Riaz called me the same day so we could talk over my questions and concerns.

She was the first immigration lawyer who took the time to give a clear explanation and guide me in the right direction, her knowledge and experience was reassuring, she was very kind and attentive during our exchange.
