Sponsorship Licences
To take on overseas workers, your business will need a sponsorship licence. This will give you the authority to issue the Certificates of Sponsorship that workers need to secure a visa.

Senior Or Specialist Worker Visas
The senior or specialist worker visa or global mobility visa has replaced the intra company transfer visa. It allows existing employees of organisations that have been approved as sponsors to live and work in the UK, provided their job is on the government’s list of eligible occupations.
