We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Adviser / Supervisor to join us — based in Middlesbrough, Wakefield, or fully remote.
This senior-level position is ideal for someone who is:
- Accredited to at least IAAS Senior Caseworker level
- Confident working independently and managing their own caseload
- Interested in mentoring others, supporting junior staff, and contributing to performance oversight
- Seeking flexible working arrangements within a supportive team
- Keen to take on a leadership role in casework and office systems
💼 Locum Immigration Solicitor / Caseworker – Fully Remote or Hybrid
We are also looking for a Locum Solicitor or Accredited Caseworker (IAAS Level 2 or above) to support our team on a flexible basis.
This role offers:

🤝 Consultant Immigration Adviser – Flexible, Independent, Supported
We welcome enquiries from highly experienced advisers or solicitors who wish to work independently, with the backing of a well-established and supportive firm.
This opportunity is perfect for those who:
- Have at least 3 years’ immigration experience and their own following
- Are IAAS accredited (Level 2 or higher preferred)
- Want to manage their own work with complete flexibility
- Value the support of a central team and access to legal infrastructure
We provide:
- A 50/50 share of professional fees
- Telephone answering, email and post forwarding
- Use of our office space (subject to availability)
- Case management systems, PII cover, and admin support
- Option for access to legal aid case starts (strictly at our discretion)
