Securing A UK Sponsor Licence
An application for a sponsor licence requires comprehensive paperwork in support, showing that you and your business are eligible and demonstrating that you have the capacity to manage a sponsor licence once it has been issued.
You will need to put robust processes in place for running the licence and reporting on the certificates of sponsorship that you issue to overseas workers.
