Securing A Sponsor Licence
If your business is hoping to employ workers from abroad, you will need a sponsor licence. This will allow you to issue Certificates of Sponsorship to potential employees, which they will need when dealing with their visa application.
Applying for a sponsor licence can be complex. Both your business and the jobs you wish to fill must be eligible and you will need to provide documentary evidence of this. You will need to appoint individuals to certain posts to manage the sponsor licence once it has been granted and to deal with the ongoing compliance and reporting requirements.
