I’m a little late to making the review, but I had spoken to Karim regarding renewing my BRP card and he made it so easy for me. I get a lot of anxiety and Karim was very patient with me and assured me things will be okay. He really helped me through all this and was very kind and professional and worked well around my very busy schedule. I appreciate him and all the work he did for me last year. I’d definitely recommend him for anyone who needs help.
